Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product descriptions on the outside. The sender name on the label reads “NightSable.”
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page. You can look up your order with your order number and checkout email, or paste a FedEx or UPS tracking number from your shipping email to go straight to the carrier’s tracking.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partners. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
